In order to meet the demands associated with offering high quality instruction, the following payment, cancellation, and refund polices have been established.
Payments:
MMS requires payment in full at the time of any booking.
Cancellation, Rebooking, and Refunds:
MMS requires written notice via email of your cancellation or need to rebook.
Cancellations made >30 days prior to your course start date.
- Credit towards a future course that is set to occur within 1 season of the cancellation.
OR
- Refund less a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations made between 30 & 8 days prior to your course start date.
- Non-refundable but may be rescheduled with a 30% fee.
Cancellations made <8 days prior to your course start date.
- Non-refundable and no reschedule option will be available.
If your course is cancelled by Moto Mountain School
If MMS needs to cancel a course for any reason, the participant has the option to reschedule, be issued a credit, or be refunded in full.
Low Enrollment
If at 14 days prior to the start of your course MMS has not yet met the minimum enrollment requirement (4 people for most courses), MMS reserves the right to cancel the course and issue participants a refund in full. MMS will not be liable for costs incurred outside of the course enrollment fee including but not limited to the costs associated with accommodations and travel.
